Celebration Holiday Home Tour is back once again for the 2025 Holiday season. This wonderful tour of beautiful Celebration homes will be held for two days on December 6th 2025 from 12-7p.m. and December 7th 2025 from 11-5p.m.
Your $25 ticket also give you access to Magical Marketplace, a dazzling array of Holiday decor, holiday baskets, arts and crafts.
The self guided Celebration Holiday Home Tours give you a glimpse of traditional Yuletides from a bygone era, mingled with modern urban living. Owners of elegantly decorated estate homes, intimate single-family homes and enchanting condos open up their homes to allow you to enjoy the beauty and splendor as you explore interiors.
This self-guided tour gives you the opportunity to discover many areas throughout the Town of Celebration.
Arrows and signs are plentiful, making the route easy to follow. There’s also a guided map and tour book giving a brief history of each home.
Families welcome you with open arms and take great pride in decking their halls. Some are even happy to share special family memories. One family almost had us in tears on our last tour, with touching tales of traditions! It was a beautiful insight into treasured family memories.
Celebration is so close to Disney World, many homes are adorned with Disney themed decor. For Disney fans, it makes the holiday home tour even more enchanting.
You can drive to each home and parking is easy. You can go at your own pace, but the tour should take around 2 to 3 hours to complete. Booties are provided for you to wear over shoes when entering houses.

Magical Marketplace
Get a head start on that holiday shopping. The Celebration Holiday Home Tour includes entry to Magical Marketplace.
Magical Marketplace is a treasure trove of exquisite one-of-a-kind dining table settings, unique hand crafted gifts and elegantly decorated Christmas trees. And all are available for purchase. The creativity is astounding. You’re sure to take away some terrific ideas for your own holiday decor.
The Marketplace is the perfect spot to pick up a unique holiday gift.
Magical Marketplace is open during Holiday Home Tour hours: Saturday December 6th – 12pm through 7pm, Sunday December 7th 2025 – 11am through 5pm.
The town of Celebration is wonderful to tour at any time of year, but when the homes are decorated in holiday splendor, it’s even more magical. If you are around after dusk, make sure you drive around the neighborhood. The beautiful Celebration homes decorated with Christmas lights are wonderful to see.
2025 Celebration Holiday Home Tour
Tickets
Tickets for the 2025 Celebration Holiday Home Tour are $25 per person and include the Holiday Home Tour on Saturday or Sunday and access to Magical Marketplace.
You’ll receive a tour card which gives you a one time access to each home on the tour. You can do all the homes in a single day, or you can split the tour over two days. Pick up your map and entry card at Heritage Hall, 1175 Celebration Avenue before you start your tour.

Once you’ve completed the holiday home tour and picked out some special gifts from the Winter Wonderland, stop by downtown Celebration for a bite to eat. There are lots of restaurants in Celebration ranging from sweet treats and snacks to fine dining.
There are also plenty of Holiday events in Celebration planned. The nightly Snowing in Celebration is awesome! Plus, there’s a synthetic ice rink, horse and carriage rides and even Santa.
Once darkness falls, take a drive around Celebration to see all the spectacular Christmas decorations.
