The Villa

This fully air-conditioned villa comfortably sleeps eight people (on recent quality mattresses) in four bedrooms, each with its own closet. (We don’t use a sofa bed to increase capacity). Three double bedrooms (1 Queen Pillow-Top, 2 Bunk Twins, 2 Twins) and the main bath (sink, toilet, tub w/shower) are located on one side of the home, while the master bedroom (King Double Pillow-Top Mattress) with ensuite (sink, toilet, large walk-in shower with direct access to the lanai) and walk-in closet is located on the other side of the home.

Quality furniture, electronics, and a games room allow you to enjoy your vacation in carefree style. The open layout encourages everyone sharing and enjoying their time together, while the four bedrooms allow them to retreat to their own private space when desired. And the pool…

Oh, the pool!

One of our first guests described Breezy Oak Villa as the most relaxing place he’s ever been on vacation. It truly is! Optionally heated to 89º, the pool is amazingly restful and serene for adults, and fun and playful for the kids.

The lounge opens out to the Lanai (covered deck) which overlooks the professionally maintained South-facing pool, completely covered by a screen enclosure to keep out insects and debris. A separate entrance gives access to the pool from the master bath. Jump out of the pool and into the shower to warm up and rinse off!

Full Size Laundry

Bring less clothes, all in only a carry-on, and take them home clean! A full size washer, dryer, ironing board and clothes steamer make it easy to pack less, and keep it looking great!

Security and Convenience

Amenities like Fibre-Optic Internet and Streaming TV, with Hi-Speed Wifi, a video library of kids and family movies,  X-Box console, TVs in every bedroom, an AIR CONDITIONED games room with a quality slate pool table and full-size air hockey, provide hours of fun for our guests.

Even though the home is located in a very safe area, we take the security and comfort of our guests seriously. Emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, pool safety alarms, smoke detectors, steel guest safe, remote monitored alarm system, CCTV cameras monitoring the exterior front and sides (only) of the home, electronic door locks and automatic patio door closers, along with remote-monitored heating, A/C, hot water, electrical, internet, pool pump and heating, mean we can promptly provide service if needed (often before guests are aware of an issue).

Location

Just outside of the tourist zone around Disney World, Breezy Oak Villa provides privacy and safety for your family, in an area where you can enjoy an evening stroll by the lake, and your kids can play outside unattended. There are no gates at the entrance of Thousand Oaks – we don’t need them! The best way to be safe in Orlando is to stay in a safe area.

Yet we’re not that far from all of the action. On most evenings you can hear the fireworks going off at Epcot from our doorstep! In normal traffic, you can drive from the villa to the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom (at the far north end of the Disney resort) in 15 minutes!

Our goal is not to be the most expensive, or the cheapest, but to provide the best value for a quality run and maintained vacation home, sustainable for the long term.

We make ‘extras’ that only some guests will want or need optional, so that you only pay for what you will use, instead of building it into our nightly rates and charging ALL guests for them.

Optional Items

• During winter months, optional POOL HEATING is usually required at $22/day. Our pool heaters are bigger, we set them warmer and run them longer, than just about anyone else!
• We have a playpen, two strollers, and a high chair available for guest use (please bring your own baby blankets) for $5/day.
• A large 5-burner propane fired BBQ with appropriate tools is available for $5/day. We provide the propane too! In 2 tanks, operating and a spare, so you never run out!
• Full-size Crib, Bikes, Scooters and other specialty items are easily pre-arranged for our guests at competitive rental rates, with delivery to & pick-up at the villa.
• A Welcome Pack of groceries is available for you so the kitchen can be pre-stocked with essentials when you arrive!
