There’s really not much else you need to bring except your smile!
Linens & Towels
All beds will be made with freshly laundered linens prior to your arrival. There will also be spare linens in each bedroom. All bathrooms will have plenty of towels. There are also pool towels which you are welcome to take to the beach if you decide to head to the coast.
Welcome Groceries
So you don’t have to worry about groceries as soon as you arrive, there will be a welcome grocery basket waiting for you with items such as coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, eggs, cookies, snacks, orange juice and soda.
Household Amenities
Although vacation homes are self catering style, who wants to be bothered with the mundane stuff like cleaning products on vacation!
There will be plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish detergent, cleaning items, scourers and cloths.
You’ll also find kitchen roll, sandwich bags, aluminum, Saran wrap and plastic containers if you want to take snacks to the parks. There’s a cool box too and ice packs in the freezer.
Laundry
We have a washer and dryer and you’ll find laundry detergent and fabric conditioner in the utility room, together with an iron and ironing board.
Bath Amenities
Each bathroom will have a full container of liquid hand soap and a refill in the cabinet, plus hotel style welcome amenities to start your first day including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are hair dryers, flat irons and curling irons in the bathrooms
Bath Tissue
There will be enough rolls of bathroom tissue in each bathroom for your stay.

We have a crib, several pack n plays, crib bedding, strollers, Bumbo baby seat, high chair, baby monitor, baby towels and more.
The family bathroom also has a step in the bathroom cabinet to help little ones reach the sink.

What Time Is Check In & Check Out?
Check in is anytime after 4pm. It’s self check in so you can arrive at anytime, there are no limits. Check out 10am.
Wherever possible, we always try to arrange an early check in or late check out if needed, but it is dependent on other guests arriving or departing of the same day. Please let us know your travel arrangements and we’ll do whatever we can to work with your arrival and departure times.
Where Do We Get Keys?
We have a keypad entry system and you will be provided with a 4 digit code that will unlock the door. We usually use the last 4 digits of your phone number, but we can change that to anything you prefer. We can also add additional codes for other members in your group if required.
Is There Internet Access?
Yes, we have lightning speed 400Mb high speed WiFi. There’s an Apple PC and Printer too.
Is There Air Conditioning?
Yes, the whole house has automated air conditioning and is preset to keep the house cool. We fully understand everyone has their own comfort level, you can raise or lower the temperatures to suit your preferences and there are no restrictions or locks.
The only thing we request is that the temperature is not set below 68 degrees for extended periods. This could freeze the unit making it unusable. Any fees associated with unit freezing due to being set too low would be charged to you accordingly.
How Many Parking Spaces Are There?
We have space on the drive for 2 vehicles.
If you are arriving with additional vehicles, please let us know and we can try and arrange parking on our neighbors drive. If that is not possible, there is a central parking area in the community about 2 minutes drive from the house.
Is The Pool Heated?
The pool can be heated any time of the year. The cost for heating in the winter months is $38 per day and in summer $20 per day. We have a gas heating system which ensures toasty warm water in the cooler winter months and we heat the pool to 88/89 degrees.
- October to April
We recommend pool heat from October through April. Air temperatures are nice and warm in the winter months, but the water will be too cold to use without pool heat. Unless of course you are hardy souls and very like cold water! - September and May are kind of in-between months. Most guests do have the pool heated but it’s a little warmer naturally than the winter months.
- Summer Pool Heat
Summer is purely down to personal preference. Some guests like the water cool and refreshing, some like it with the chill taken off. Most guests don’t have the pool heated in the summer, but some do. It’s really down to your own comfort level. The warmth of the sun will heat the water to 86/87 and pool heat will take it up to 88/89.
If you are not sure, you can always wait until you arrive to ‘test the water’ and if it’s a little cool for you, we can turn the heat on. It’s a gas system so it only takes few hours to heat up.
How Many Can You Sleep?
We have 3 king bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. We can sleep 10 in beds, plus we have a twin airbed, crib and pack n play. The sofa in the living area is a queen sleeper sofa.
Will The House be Cleaned for Our Arrival?
Yes, we have a professional housekeeping team who will clean and sanitize the house prior to your arrival. All beds will be made with freshly laundered linens and there will be spare linens in each bedroom closet.
Is There a Property Manager
Yes, we have a local property manager who is available for you any time. There is a 24 hour emergency call out.
Indian Creek Kissimmee
Indian Creek is a friendly well established community in the sought after location of Formosa Gardens. It’s tucked away from the busy US-192 giving ample peace and quiet.
There’s an abundance of restaurants and stores are within a few minutes drive and the Margaritaville H20 Live Water Park is located close by.
Sunset Walk is a lively dining and retail complex, home to an array of restaurants, unique stores, weekly car shows, craft markets, live music, games complex and a movie theater.
The Formosa Winery is less than a mile away and Formosa Gardens Village is home to Outback Steakhouse, Giordanno’s Pizza and several dining options.
