Our pet rules are just a compilation of everyday common sense. Most pet owners will follow these rules without even thinking about it. We don’t want to cause any negative vibes – our homes are perfect for pets, but we just need to outline a few points.
1. Flea Prevention: All pets must have flea and tick prevention well in advance of arrival.
2. Leash: Please keep your dog on a leash at all times when out and about in the community.
3. Waste: You must clean up after your dog, whether you are in the yard or on a walk. All poop bags must be securely sealed and placed inside a regular trash bag in the trash can. Do not dispose of poop bags by placing them loose in the trash can.
Waste disposal will not remove indivudal poop bags, they must be inside a regular trash bags.
4. Protecting Furniture: Pet hairs, as you will no doubt be aware, can be extremely difficult to remove from bedding, pillows and furnishings. We request all guests who bring pets make sure there is no excess hair left behind.
Pets should not be allowed on furniture, on or in the beds at any time.
If your pet is used to sleeping on furniture or on beds, PLEASE use a pet blanket or cover to protect linens and furniture from excessive hair.
If excessive hair is left, or special treatment is required to furniture or linens, an additional fee will be charged accordingly.
5. Unattended Pets: Please don’t leave pets unattended for long periods if he/she is prone to barking.
6. Damage: Guests will be liable for any damage or injury caused by pets.
7. Pet Dander: There is a Shark Pet Vac in the closet that you can use. If your pet is prone to heavy shedding, please advise us in advance so we can make arrangements to allow a longer cleaning session after your stay.
8. Accidents: We know accidents happen. You will find pet stain remover in the kitchen cabinet, so please clean the area immediately it happens. Please also advise us or our property managers of the location of any accidents or stains so that we can have the carpet area treated upon your checkout.
