Wrapped in Florida-inspired promenades and footbridges with flowing springs and waterfront charm, Disney Springs is a one-of-a-kind blend of shopping, dining and entertainment. With an unmistakable sprinkling of Disney magic.

Disney planners infused Disney Springs with the same focus on storytelling and attention to detail that are hallmarks of Disney.

The story of Disney Springs began as Florida’s did, with bubbling springs and natural beauty that first attracted settlers to the area. At the turn of the 20th century waterfront towns sprang up, dotting Florida’s landscape.

Today’s Disney Springs fittingly starts with a clear water stream and fans out to exciting precincts for entertainment, dining, lounging and shopping.

By day or night, you can expect a vibrant scene at Disney Springs. Shop for top-name retail brands. Enjoy talented musical performers. Experience unique dining. You can even take a balloon ride for spectacular views of Disney Springs and beyond.

From sweet treats to street food and everything in between, there’s something for everyone at Disney Springs.

There are over 150 venues in 4 distinct districts, connected by walkways and waterways:

  • West Side
  • Marketplace
  • The Landing
  • Town Center

Each area features stores with an array of Disney-inspired merchandise to unique boutiques and top brand name retailers. There’s an endless range of fine dining, snacks and quick fix eats.

Parking at Disney Springs

Parking is free to everyone at Disney Springs. There are several multi story parking garages. Each is a “smart” garage. That means available parking spaces are designated by an overhead green light, eliminating the need for jockeying up and down rows of cars. There is also surface parking available.

Disney Springs Valet parking is available in the following 3 areas:

  • Near the entrance to the Orange Garage from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM
  • On West Side in front of Cirque du Soleil from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
  • In the Lemon Lot near the World of Disney shop from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM

The 4 Areas of Disney Springs

There are four separate fun-to-stroll areas, each with its own unique theming and atmosphere:

Marketplace

Marketplace at Disney Springs combines new experiences such as an over-the-water pedestrian causeway, along with classic Disney favorites. The Lego Store for hands-on play. An expanded World of Disney store, the largest Disney character store in the world.

Cooling refreshments at the water’s edge are found at Dockside Margaritas. For the little ones, a spin on the Marketplace Train Express or a charming Venetian carousel is sure to bring smiles. Treat the family to dino-themed dining at T-Rex Café or jungle-style at Rainforest Café.

Feel the need to rest your weary bones? Take a seat at the Waterside Stage, the venue for the DJ Kids’ Dance Party in the evenings. There are also visiting singing, dancing and musical acts from around the country performing during the days.

Disney Springs Christmas - Dockside Margarita

If you don’t fancy a cocktail or beer, don’t worry, Starbucks and Joffreys are close by. The Florida Snow Company serves up their cooling take on shaved ice.

The Lego Store, apart from having everything imaginable for sale, also has a 3,000 square foot play zone. Outside, Lego pay homage to the well known heroes of Toy Story, while a giant Lego Loch Ness Monster sits not-so-menacingly in the bay opposite.

Eats and Treats at Market Place:

B.B. Wolfe’s Sausage Co. is a kiosk serving up artisan sausages. Choose from delicious delights such as the 3 Little Pig Sampler, Italian Veggie or Bavarian Sausage Sandwich.

Daily Poutine Gourmet Fries offers variations on the classic Canadian dish – try traditional with gravy and cheddar cheese curds, or mix it up a little with Latin, French or Italian toppings.

Earl of Sandwich serves breakfast, lunch and dinner mainly consisting of wraps, salads and of course, hot or cold gourmet sandwiches. Their signature roast beef sandwich, along with a decent variety of other sandwiches, can be washed down with a soft drink or beer.

Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop is famous for its’ delicious ice cream sundaes, amongst others, that are almost big enough to sink a miniature Titanic. It also has several varieties of chocolate squares but beware, the staff are devilishly cunning, giving each customer a free sample as they fight their way into the crowded shop.

Set in a tropical rainforest with animatronic animals and thunderstorms, the family friendly Rainforest Cafe offers a typical but generous menu of appetizers, soups, salads, seafood, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, pasta, chicken and desserts. There is also a good size children’s menu. Cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks are available to quench the thirst.

Take the walkway to the left of the Rainforest Cafe to the waterside seating area named Lava Lounge. It gives peaceful views over the waters and resorts beyond and is often a little less hectic than the main restaurant.

Along similar lines to the Rainforest Cafe is the T-Rex Cafe. The meals are given a prehistoric, Jurassic ring to them but any young dinosaur hunters in the family will love the decor and atmosphere. There’s a kids excavation hunt where they can dig through sand.
