3 years in the making, the long-awaited final phase of Disney Springs Town Center opened on May 15th 2016.
It’s old town charm and sophisticated elegance is matched by the quality of stores and dining options. Reminiscent of a regular outlet, it’s quite easy to forget you’re actually in Disney.

Celebrity chef Rick Bayless brings authentic Mexican flair to Frontera Cocina. The contemporary restaurant will take your taste buds on a Mexican extravaganza. The fresh chips and salsa from the go-to window are very moreish! It’s hard for us to walk on by each time we pass.
For super fresh delicious burgers, head over to D-Luxe – this gourmet burger joint is hard to beat. The rustic ranch style interior gives you plenty to gaze at while you’re waiting for your burger to be freshly prepared and cooked. It’s a counter service restaurant, so you place your order and wait for your bag of goodies to be delivered to your table.
Fries served in a box with choice of dips, big enough to share and a burger dripping with deliciousness.
If you have pizza fans with you, check out Blaze Fast Fired Pizza, where you can fashion your very own flavors from over 40 toppings. The S’mores dessert pies are pretty darn tasty too!

Although you would never know it, this is a Disney creation and is as fascinating as it is tempting. The desserts taste as good as they look. Everything is made on the premises and hand crafted in an open kitchen.

Lime Garage walkway into Town Center
The Lime Garage with 2000 spaces offers a walkway that leads right into the heart of Disney Springs Town Center. Both the Lime Garage and the Orange Garage (located at West Side) use smart technology to make it easy to park. A green light above parking bays shows drivers exactly where the empty spaces are without having to drive up and down lines.
Self-parking is free, valet parking is $20 + gratuity.
