We do not have any access to your credit card information, the only details we see are the last 4 digits of your credit card number. All other information is secured on an encrypted server owned by our reservation software provider, OwnerRez.

No smoking of any substance, vaping or e-cigarettes is allowed inside the property. Outside on the deck is no problem.

No events, parties or gatherings are allowed on the property at any time. If police or management are called to resolve any gatherings over the stated occupancy limit, your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

This is a gated resort that is manned 24/7. Advance guest registration is essential to gain access through the gate. We require a guest registration form to be completed within 48 hours of booking with your name, address, email and phone. Government ID in the name of the lead guest (or any named drivers of additional vehicles) must be shown upon arrival at the gate.

The use of the property and all amenities provided within the property and community are limited to the use of registered guests. If you are having visitors or day guests, prior notice and permission is essential and they must be registered in advance for access through the gate.

Quiet hours are from 10pm through 7.30am, please be respectful of neighbors.

Yes, we require an electronically signed rental agreement along with photo ID of the primary guest.

We apologize for the additional step of requesting ID, but we were sadly the victims of credit card fraud on several occasions in 2023 and have to take these extra measures.

During the check out process, the primary guest will be required to upload an image of their government ID. Guests are welcome to cover their ID number to protect identity fraud. The image of guest ID is securely stored on the encrypted server owned by the reservation software we use, which is OwnerRez.

The name on the ID must be in the name of the person signing the vacation rental agreement and must match the name and address of the credit card being used for payment.

During the checkout process you will be required to list the names of all guests staying on the property, along with the ages of any guest under 21.

Yes, pets are more than welcome and the community is super pet friendly.

Absolutely not! You’re on vacation, who needs chores?!!

All we ask is that is you leave our home is a reasonably neat and tidy fashion.

When you check out, we have just 3 requests:

  • Please make sure the Gate Access Card is left on the kitchen counter where you found it
  • Please turn up the AC to 78
  • Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked

If you have a chance to start a laundry load of towels off and start the dishwasher, then our housekeeping team will be hugely appreciative, but if you don’t have time, no worries, they will take care of everything.

There is no need to strip beds or do any additional laundry.

Yes, we offer two options:

  • Damage Waiver: You may pay a non refundable damage waiver of $65 which covers you for any accidental damage to the contents of the home up to the value of $500.
    This does not cover you for any excess fees such excessive cleaning costs, excessive trash removal, the removal of any items from the property or any damage caused by pets.

  • Security Deposit: You may select to place a $500 hold on your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged this amount, but an authorizing hold will be placed, which will be released within 48 hours of your check out

Yes, a rental agreement is in place and outlines the expectations and requirements for both the owners and the guest. You are required to acknowledge and agree to our Short Term Vacation Rental agreement when you finalize your reservation.
