The deposit to reserve your dates is $500.
If you are booking within 60 days of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

The final balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

No, what you see on the quote is the full amount payable. There are no extra fees or hidden fees added after you have booked.

Our cancellation policy is 60 days. After that date, your reservation cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

If you do have to cancel and we manage to rebook your dates, we will refund all payments, less any credit card processing fees that have been incurred.

Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended. An option to add travel insurance will be offered during your booking process. We also encourage you to compare other policies and what is and isn’s covered.

Please be aware hurricane season is from June to November in Florida.

The travel insurance offered during our check out process is from a third party insurer and is in no way affiliated with or provided by us. We encourage you to compare different policies and choose whichever is better for you. We do not receive any renumeration or payment of any kind for recommending any travel insurance product.

You can pay by credit card or debit card using the secure payment service through our reservation software.

We do not have any access to your credit card information, the only details we see are the last 4 digits of your credit card number. All other information is secured on an encrypted server owned by our reservation software provider, OwnerRez.

  • Check if more than 30 days in advance.

If you want to spread the cost, we can arrange payment in installments, or arrange split payments between families/groups.

No smoking of any substance, vaping or e-cigarettes is allowed inside the property. Outside on the pool deck or lanai is no problem.

No events, parties or gatherings are allowed on the property at any time. If police or management are called to resolve any gatherings over the stated occupancy limit, your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

We require the names of all guests staying at the property. We will send you a link to a guest registration form that must be completed within 48 hours of booking. The form and guest names can be updated anytime prior to your arrival.

The use of the property and all amenities provided within the property and community are limited to the use of registered guests. If you are having visitors or day guests, prior notice is essential.

Quiet hours are from 10pm through 7.30am, please be respectful of neighbors.

Yes, we require an electronically signed rental agreement along with photo ID of the primary guest.

We apologize for the additional step of requesting ID, but we were sadly the victims of credit card fraud on several occasions in 2023 and have to take these extra measures.

During the check out process, the primary guest will be required to upload an image of their government ID. Guests are welcome to cover their ID number to protect identity fraud. The image of guest ID is securely stored on the encrypted server owned by the reservation software we use, which is OwnerRez.

The name on the ID must be in the name of the person signing the vacation rental agreement and must match the name and address of the credit card being used for payment.

During the checkout process you will be required to list the names of all guests staying on the property, along with the ages of any guest under 21.

Absolutely not! You’re on vacation, who needs chores?!!

All we ask is that is you leave our home is a reasonably neat and tidy fashion.

If you have a chance to start a laundry load of towels off and start the dishwasher, then our housekeeping team will be hugely appreciative, but if you don’t have time, no worries, they will take care of everything.

There is no need to strip beds or do any additional laundry.

Yes, a $500 authorization will be placed on your credit card 2 days prior to arrival. Please be aware this is the exact same practice carried out by hotels worldwide.

Your credit card will not be charged this amount, but an authorizing hold will be placed, which will be released within 48 hours of your check out.
