The Villa

This fully air-conditioned villa comfortably sleeps eight people (on recent quality mattresses) in four bedrooms, each with its own closet. (We don’t use a sofa bed to increase capacity). Three double bedrooms (1 King PillowTop, 2 Bunk Twins, 2 Twins) and the main bath (sink, toilet, tub w/shower) are located on one side of the home, while the master bedroom (Queen Double Pillow-Top Mattress) with ensuite (sink, toilet, large walk-in shower with direct access to the lanai) and walk-in closet is located on the other side of the home.

Sit together for a family meal, at a table that seats nine, or catch a quick bite at the breakfast bar as you prepare for your day.

The Mini-Resort

Enjoy a South-West facing outdoor pool, patio loungers, all the pool towels you’ll need, and 7-seater 35-Jet Hot Tub/Spa that overlooks a small pond and natural Florida forest at the rear of a large yard! Have the pool Heated to 89º and the Spa warm and ready for you to relax in after a long day at the theme parks.

Sunlight streams into the lounge through two sets of patio doors. One opens out to the Lanai (covered deck) with dining table, and the other directly out on to the pool deck. The entire area is completely covered by an enlarged screen enclosure to keep out insects and debris. A separate direct entrance gives access to the pool area from the master bath. Jump out of the pool or hot tub and into the shower to clean up and rinse off!

Full Size Laundry

Bring less clothes, all in only a carry-on, and take them home clean! A full size washer, dryer, ironing board and clothes steamer make it easy to pack less, and keep it looking great!

Security and Convenience

Amenities like Fibre-Optic Internet and Streaming TV, with 1 Gig Hi-Speed Wifi, X-Box console, TVs in every bedroom, a games room with a quality slate pool table, quality foosball with electronic scoring, and classic arcade games provide hours of fun for our guests.

Even though the home is located in a very safe area, we take the security and comfort of our guests seriously. Emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, pool safety alarms, smoke detectors, remote monitored alarm system, electronic door locks along with remote-monitored heating, A/C, lighting and electrical, provide convenience and security.

Location

Just outside of the tourist zone around Disney World, Breezy Oak Villa provides privacy and safety for your family, in an area where you can enjoy an evening stroll by the lake, and your kids can play outside unattended. There are no gates at the entrance of Thousand Oaks – we don’t need them! The best way to be safe in Orlando is to stay in a safe area.

Yet we’re not that far from all of the action. On most evenings you can hear the fireworks going off at Epcot from our doorstep! You can drive from the villa to the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom (at the far north end of the Disney resort) in 15 minutes!

Our goal is not to be the most expensive, or the cheapest, but to provide the best value for a quality run and maintained vacation home, sustainable for the long term.

We make ‘extras’ that only some guests will want or need optional, so that you only pay for what you will use, instead of building it into our nightly rates and charging all guests for them.

Optional Items

• During winter months, optional POOL HEATING is usually required at $22/day. Our pool heaters are bigger, we set them warmer and run them longer, than just about anyone else!
• Optional Heating of the Spa/Hot Tub is $5/day.
• We have a playpen, two strollers, and a high chair available for guest use (please bring your own baby blankets) for $5/day.
• A large 5-burner propane fired BBQ with appropriate tools is available for $5/day. We provide the propane too! In 2 tanks, operating and a spare, so you never run out!
• Full-size Crib, Bikes, Scooters and other specialty items are easily pre-arranged for our guests at competitive rental rates, with delivery to & pick-up at the villa.
• A Welcome Pack of groceries is available for you so the kitchen can be pre-stocked with essentials when you arrive!
