The Epcot Food and Wine Festival begins August 29th and runs daily through November 23rd 2024. That’s 87 days of feasting festival fun!
The tastiest festival of them all gives you the chance to sip, sample and savor lots of tastes from 6 continents at over 30 culinary marketplaces. The festival is a celebration of international cuisine, culture and entertainment that transforms EPCOT into a food lover’s paradise.
Plus, you can enjoy a variety of live entertainment and toe tapping at the Eat to the Beat Concert Series.
The festival length varies each year. The very first Food and Wine Festival only lasted 30 days when it made it’s debut on September 28th 1996. It continued to run as a 30 day event right up until 2014, when Disney extended dates to attract more fall visitors.
Since then, the number of days the Epcot Food and Wine Festival has changed annually.

Tips for Making the Most of Your Epcot Food & Wine Experience
Start Early, Pace Yourself
With so many delicious offerings, it’s tempting to try everything at once. But to fully enjoy the festival, pace yourself. Start your day early, and plan to sample dishes throughout the day. Take your time, savor the flavors and avoid feeling too full too quickly.
Share Dishes
If you’re visiting with friends or family, consider sharing dishes. That gives you the chance to sample more items without overindulging. It’s a great way to discover new favorites.
Don’t Forget to Hydrate
Even though the Epcot Food & Wine Festival runs late August through November, the Florida heat can still be intense. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated, especially if you’re enjoying alcoholic beverages.
Use the Festival Passport
Pick up a festival passport when you enter EPCOT. This handy booklet gives you a list of all the menus in all Global Marketplaces so you can plan your culinary journey. Plus, it’s a fun keepsake to remember your experience.

Eat to the Beat Concert Series
The Eat to the Beat Concert Series is a long-standing tradition with the Epcot Food & Wine Festival that brings a star-studded lineup to the America Gardens Theater. Whether you’re into classic rock, pop, R&B, or country, there’s something for everyone.
There are 3 concerts each day of the festival, starting at 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM and 8:00 PM.
All concerts are included in your Epcot admission and seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Popular artists can draw large crowds and people will start lining up hours in advance. Arrive at the America Gardens Theatre early to grab a seat, or consider booking an Eat to the Beat Dining Package for guaranteed seating, info below.

Eat to the Beat 2024 Dining Package
If you want to guarantee seating for concerts during the Epcot Food & Wine Festival, you can purchase a dining packages for Eat to the Beat Concerts Friday through Monday’s. (Dining Packages are not offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays).
The dining package includes an appetizer, entree and dessert, or one buffet, depending on the location, plus reserved seating at the (same day) concert. 2 small plates, a shared dessert platter and a nonalcoholic beverage are included at Spice Road Table.
If you don’t want to make plans in advance, Same Day Dining Packages are available at Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue. However, packages are subject to availability and may sell out on peak dates, so do make your reservation as early in the day as possible.

Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak
The “Ratatouille” inspired adventure will be back as Chef Remy encourages families to play together during Remy’s Ratatouille Hide ‘n’ Squeak scavenger hunt.
Purchase a map and stickers and head off on a savory search for Remy to find ingredients on each Remy statue. Once you have matched all the ingredients with the stickers, go to Disney Traders, World Traveler or Gateway Gifts for a special gift.
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit
A limited-time Pluto inspired scavenger hunt takes place for Halloween season. All ages can hunt for hidden pumpkins based on popular Disney characters throughout Epcot.
Pick up a game board and stickers from Creations Shop, Port of Entry or World Traveler, then keep your eyes peeled as you explore Epcot.
At the end, return your game board (completed or not) to Disney Traders or World Traveler for a spooky surprise.
