Christmas in Orlando 2023 – Don’t Miss a Single Sparkle

2023-12-15T15:15:44-05:00

Christmas in Orlando and Kissimmee is pure unadulterated magic. There really is no place like it. There’s oodles of festive fun and buckets of holiday cheer.

And not only that, the weather in December in Orlando is just about perfect. While many parts of the nation are in cold or snow, we’re basking in sunshine.

It’s a magical time to visit Orlando!

What is there to do in Orlando at Christmas? So much you’ll be spoiled for choice!! We don’t want you to miss a single sparkly moment, so here’s all the Holiday events in Orlando and Kissimmee in the theme parks and beyond.

Christmas in Orlando Weather

Does it snow in Orlando at Christmas? Kind of. We don’t let a little tropical heat stop our snow flurries! We might not have the real cold freezing stuff, but we have a ton of snoap! It might be fake snow, but it’s magical all the same.

The weather over Christmas in Orlando can be a super mixed bag. You can easily get two distinct seasons in a day. Overall, it should be lovely warm sunny days with average temperatures of around the mid 70’s. However, there’s also a chance of a cold snap. And even on a warm sunny day, you might experience chilly evenings.

Dressing in layers is the key. Have lightweight summer clothes for those warm sunny days, but always keep a sweater or jacket handy. If you are used to wearing flip flops during the day, keep a pair of socks and sneakers in the car to change into.

Christmas in Orlando Weather

Christmas in Orlando is out of the rainy season, so you won’t be getting the daily summer showers. But there’s still a chance of rain, on average about 10 days in the month, but they are generally short bursts. Keep a poncho and umbrella handy just in case.
